Meet Coach
Ike Rahimi, DMD

I created Las Vegas Dental Advancement because I was frustrated with the lack of business education we receive during dental school. Understanding dentistry is one thing but running a dental business is another. I was faced with this harsh reality after graduating and purchasing my own office. For years I struggled with creating an effective marketing campaign to attract patients and develop a trustworthy dental office.

After years of challenges and breakthroughs, my revenue has increased by 73% and my patients voted me “ Best Dentist” in my area for many years. I have gained the trust of my patients, created a positive work environment where my team loves doing what they do, and most importantly, I enjoy doing dentistry.

Work is a lot more fun because I work on the cases that I choose to, have a great supportive staff, and my level of enjoyment in life is much greater. I would like to help you improve your office productivity and efficiency, reduce your stress level, and enjoy life and dentistry again. After many years of gathering the solutions to overcome my dental office challenges I would like to share these great practice building resources with you so you, too, may experience the next level of practice productivity.

The Leading Dental Team:

How to Create a Successful Dental Office One Team Member at a Time

“The Leading Dental Team: How to Create a Successful Dental Office One Team Member at a Time” is Coach Ike’s follow-up to “The Lens of Leadership”. In this comprehensive book, you will learn the secrets to building your team and a positive work environment. One reviewer reported, “Fantastic book!”

Education & Training

Coach Ike, DMD, graduated from the University of California, Davis with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Toxicology. He earned his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from the University of Pennsylvania. From there, he further enhanced his clinical training in evidence-based implant dentistry from Harvard School of Dental Medicine. He has a passion for education and has accumulated over thousands of hours of CE.

He teaches the business of running a successful dental office and the art of placing dental implants to dentists all over the world.

When a patient requires a single unit implant placement, most general dentists refer this procedure out to a specialist. But Coach Ike, DMD, believes this is a missed opportunity. By learning how to place these implants yourself you will earn extra revenue for your practice and increase patient satisfaction because they don’t have to see a new doctor.

I have worked for Dr. Rahimi since December of 2012. The best part of working for Dr. Rahimi is the training, and latest equipment that he provides us with to provide the best for all our patients. We also are very lucky to have such a great team to work with. We are not only coworkers but have built a bond like a family. Working at this office has given me lots of opportunities to grow professionally and even in my personal life. Dr. Rahimi is constantly pushing us and provides us with the knowledge and tools to grow and better ourselves. Our staff works well together, we are able to be professional but also have fun at the same. We support each other and always try to help each other out when needed. It is hard to come across an office to work in with a great boss and staff. I am very fortunate to work for Dr. Rahimi and be part of this constantly growing team.

Hello, my name is Bree Carter. I have been working for Dr. Ike Rahimi for 9 months now. I think that the best part about working in this office is the atmosphere of the office and staff. The staff is very friendly and funny, we have had a lot of good laughs in the short time that I have been working here. When you start a new office there always seems to be a breaking in period where the staff and you are getting to know each other, however at Dr. Rahimi's office the girls accepted me right away, so I felt welcomed and a part of the office from day one. I have worked for many different office as a dental assistant, office manager, and a Hygienist and I would have to say that is one of the best offices that I have worked for. The staff not only treats the pts. with respect, but also as one of the family. I am very thankful to have found an office that is so well rounded.

I have been working in Ike's office for 3 years now and have and have loved every minute of it. He promotes individual growth as well as team bonding. Ike has helped show me the importance of team work. The atmosphere is full of smiles and laughter, which is not ordinary for a dental office for both patients and all staff. Walking into this particular energy is positive to encounter every day versus the alternative.

1. I started with Dr. Rahimi Sept 2011 2. The best part of working in Dr. Rahimi's office is the connection I have with the other girls, and the flexibility if something happens with my kids or family. Dr. Rahimi has helped me with situations in my personal life on numerous occasions which is huge and I feel so blessed. 3. Dr. Rahimi lets us do our job rather than standing over us micromanaging everything. 4. We all get along really well. We have a lot of fun during the work day but also get our work done. We have built a strong supportive environment in the office together. 5. I enjoy working for Dr. Rahimi because I can be myself, but yet I know he will push me to do better also, at work and in my personal life.
