When Coach Ike approached us he had already taken a shot at executing a conference once before. His previous website and marketing efforts had earned only one sale. His goal was 50.
The original name of the conference was Beyond The Tooth. While creative, this did not give the professional and executive voice to the brand that Coach Ike wanted.
We switched the name to Las Vegas Dental Advancement (LVDA), and focused on a blue and black color scheme to give the brand a professional and cutting edge feel.
We optimized the site for search engines, focusing on the keyword "Las Vegas dental conferences" to rank when a dentist was seeking the conference Coach Ike is offering.
The user experience of the website is built to drive ticket sales. The path to registering for a conference is clear on the homepage and further information on each conference is given on their respective pages.
Although the information Ike provides his attendees is loaded with value, he also wanted to offer a unique marketing package to attendees. This would enable them to quickly put his strategies into motion rather than leaving without any help with implementation.
To offer as much value to his clients as we could up front we built an SEO analysis tool into the website for all dentists to use for free. And if they’re interested in getting additional help with their marketing efforts, we would be available to help them strategize and execute these efforts.
The end result of this project is a modern, easy-to-use, SEO and conversion optimized website.
